The
Veda’s describes the Lord Sri Vaikunda Narayana as given below:
“ Havyam Paadham Stita Thuritha Karam, Dhakshinam Punjayetva !

Devi Booshathi Giktov Ganayathu Gagatham Sarma Vaikunda Nathaha
!!
Sri Vaikundam is the place in which God Vishnu resides. Hindu
Mythology believes that this is the spiritual and eternal world.
In this vaikundam, which is sitatuated above all galaxy, there
is no hunger, anger, gaily, tears, pity, disappointment or
anxiety. It is full of spiritual which leads to peace for ever
to your soul. There is no age or death.
Special prayer on Sravana nakshatra to Vaikunda Narayana is
preferable. Sri Vaikundam is defined by Sri Bhagavatham as
follows:.
Srivaikumdam is around 8,000 mile in area. All these areas are
filled up with:
• Rays of lights, as if the full moon had just born
• Parijatha flower garlands
• Sweet- scented sandal wood, saffron and musk trees
• Diamonds, rows of pearls, precious gems etc
• Jewels called Padmargas, Syamantaka etc
• Wonderful pillars built of Indraneelam other precious stones
• Gold utensils etc
There are lot of servants with four hands, resembling God
Narayana, doing services and there are group of Vidyadaras are
dancing always in Srivaikundam. All saints and srivaishnavas are
praying always in Srivaikundam.
Entrance to Srivaikundam
There are sixteen gates for srivaikundam and each gate is
guarded by two Dhwara Balagas (watchmen). Dhwara Balagas are
beautiful dark blue in colour. They are with smile always and
having four hands with conch, mace, chakram and lotus. They are
wearing gold ornaments, gold garments and forest flowers and
looking effulgent.
These Dhwara Balagas are blessed by God Vishnu with the
knowledge to understand everything in this word, power to see
the past, present and future. Entry to Vaikundam should be
approved by these Dhwara Balagas. Dhwara Balags will permit only
when that soul is eligible to enter in to Sri Vaikumdam. If they
feel that the soul is not eligible to enter Sri Vaikumdam, they
will send them back to the world, in which they will be captured
by Loga Maya or Kali ugam.
Nithya Suryas are the close servants/ devotees of Sirman Naryana,
namely Garuda, Vishvakshena, Ananda, Aadhishesha etc. They are
placed at 16th and final gate. They will scan the soul, who
likes to enter Srivaikundam and ensure purity of the soul in all
respects before admitting them to have dharsan of God Narayana. continue >>> |
